In Japan we are five communities located in three cities: Tokyo, Chigasaki, and Hagi.
We feel that promoting international solidarity is a relevant way to share the Charism in this country where the The proportion of Catholics is 0.3% of the total population. Thus, we globalize the compassion of the God of Jesus wherever He is found. It hurts humanity.
We work in different fields: Formal and informal education, Parish pastoral care, Solidarity with the excluded, and JPIC.
We ask all people who work for peace in the world for their support in defending and protecting Article 9 of the Constitution of Japan!
We feel that promoting international solidarity through our global MMB network is a relevant way to share the Charism in this country where the proportion of Catholics is extremely small at 0.3% of the total population.
In this way, we globalize the compassion of the God of Jesus wherever humanity suffers. We try to do this by: “Collaborating
in dialogue and prayer with other religions, ecumenical churches, and other groups working for peace, ecology, and
poverty reduction.”
